Terms & Conditions
Clear terms for better business.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Colink LLC website and your purchase of products and custom printing services through our website. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "customer") and Colink LLC ("Colink", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Colink LLC website, browsing our products, submitting an order, requesting custom printing services, or otherwise interacting with our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order with us.

- Custom mugs and drinkware.
- Business cards and stationery.
- Flyers, brochures, promotional materials, and marketing print products.
- Catalogues and other printed publications.

Product availability, specifications, materials, colors, sizes, printing methods, production times, and pricing may change without prior notice.
Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An order is not considered finally accepted until Colink LLC has received the required payment and, where applicable, approved the submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for legitimate business reasons, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, artwork issues, payment problems, or inability to fulfill the requested specifications.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will generally refund the amount actually paid for the cancelled portion of the order, subject to any applicable payment-provider limitations.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers may provide artwork, logos, photographs, text, graphics, designs, or other materials for printing.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use and reproduce any material submitted to Colink LLC.
Colink LLC does not assume responsibility for determining whether customer-supplied artwork infringes another person's copyright, trademark, patent, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
We may refuse to print content that we reasonably believe violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, contains fraudulent material, or is otherwise inappropriate for production.
Artwork Proofs & Customer Approval
Where a proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving production.
Customers should verify all spelling, wording, quantities, dimensions, colors, placement, images, logos, contact information, and other relevant details before approval.
Once a customer approves a proof for production, Colink LLC may rely on that approval and begin manufacturing or printing the order.
Errors that were visible in an approved proof and were not corrected before production may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or reprint.
Pricing, Taxes & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, typographical, or calculation errors.
Unless otherwise stated, payment must be completed before an order enters production.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable amount associated with your order.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, or other charges may be added to your order where required or applicable.
Production & Custom Manufacturing
Custom printed products are produced according to the specifications submitted or approved by the customer.
Because printing involves physical materials and production processes, minor variations in color, placement, texture, dimensions, finish, or appearance may occur between a digital representation and the final physical product.
Screen displays, monitor settings, device calibration, paper or fabric characteristics, ink behavior, and printing processes can affect the appearance of colors.
Such reasonable production variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, quantity, production requirements, shipping method, destination, carrier, and other circumstances.
Any estimated delivery date or production period provided by Colink LLC is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Colink LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer addresses, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact information.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many Colink LLC products are custom-made, personalized, or produced according to customer- supplied specifications, returns may be limited or unavailable for customized products.
Standard, non-custom products may be eligible for return or exchange where permitted by our applicable return policy and subject to the conditions stated at the time of purchase.
Customers should review our Refund & Return Policy before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Custom Products
Unless required by applicable law, custom products that have been correctly produced according to the customer's approved specifications generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or ordered an incorrect size, color, quantity, or design.
Refunds, Defects & Reprints
If an order arrives damaged, materially defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the approved specifications, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs, order information, packaging details, or other evidence to evaluate the issue.
Where we determine that a qualifying production error or defect occurred, our remedy may include, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:
- A replacement or reprint.
- A partial refund.
- A full refund for the affected portion.
- Another reasonable resolution appropriate to the circumstances.
Refunds may be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

You retain ownership of artwork and other materials that you lawfully own and provide to us.
